Basic level package exploring your eating behaviours, tuning into mindful eating and reducing diet culture. 4 one-hr coaching sessions, tools and activities to embed a new way of eating, spread across six weeks. A perfect option if your issues are relatively simple or you have a small amount of weight to lose. Nutritional advice also forms part of this programme. After six weeks you will feel confident to eat differently and consistently, with a mental shift in your relationship with food.
