Vanda Varga - a tour guide to your mind

Vanda is a firm believer of lifelong learning and the ability of the human brain to rewire itself.  She believes that everyone, regardless of their age, race, gender or condition, has the ability to change and grow, gain or regain their confidence, self-esteem and have a brighter, more positive outlook on life. Vanda uses a combination of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), hypnotherapy, mindfulness and coaching tools to enhance mental fitness emotional well-being.  Vanda is a NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist

Emma Jamieson - solving health issues through nutrition

Emma Jamieson is a registered nutritional therapist and health coach specialising in digestive health. Her approach is based on functional medicine, making personalised dietary and lifestyle changes to support her clients' health and help them find relief from their symptoms.  She has a wealth of experience and a practical approach to solving health issues through diet.  Emma is dipION mBANT CNHC.

Tom Cleary - mental health and men's well being expert

Described as friendly and compassionate, Tom is driven to help others through a combination of lived experience of mental health challenges, professional knowledge and high-quality teaching skills, resulting in lasting impact for both individuals and groups. Tom has worked with senior leadership boards and staff at all levels on embedding Mental Health, wellbeing and mindfulness initiatives into their organisations and with the leading mental health charity Solent Mind for over three years, developing and delivering wellbeing workshops and sessions. He brings a particular slant on male mental health to the Clinic's team.

Confidence coaching

Gayle Tong - confidence and "get your big pants on" coach

Gayle is a qualified coach with a background in learning & development, specialising in confidence and banishing the inner critic.  Her style of coaching is informal, its conversational and action focused.  She says of herself "I’m direct and there is no fluffy stuff involved. I’m a big believer in pulling up your big pants and getting it done!"  Gayle is great at helping people unpick and break down their challenges into smaller pieces to make them more manageable.

Vicki Brown - inspiring the right kind of movement for you

Vicki thrives off helping people achieve their goals. Not only to look better but feel better about themselves. Getting people to lift weights, feel stronger and healthier, trying new things and gaining the confidence to change their lifestyle is extremely rewarding. She continues to develop skills for her own experience and to be able to share even more with our clients. Vicki is a QCF Level 3 personal trainer and qualified yoga teacher.

Carly Webb - psychotherapy to help explore the deep-rooted 

Having worked in the NHS and Priory Group for many years Carly now heads her own psychotherapy practice.  For the Mindful Eating Clinic she and her team offer highly qualified experience in working with a huge range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, neurodiversity,  abuse, bereavement, low self-esteem, bullying, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Her style is warm and empathetic.

Kerrie Ellis - style guru to help you make the most of yourself

Kerrie knows how confidence can ebb and flow in our lives and how we feel in our clothes is an important link to our self-esteem.  Kerrie relishes the task of helping women and men of all ages, shapes, occupations and backgrounds to get to grips with their wardrobe and regain their style mojo.  She has hundreds of people (actually it’s now getting into the thousands!), over the last 15+ years from age 11 to 83, with everything from a complete wardrobe makeover and ongoing styling help, to a simple but often equally transformational colour consultation.

Naomi Light - a passion for supporting relationships

Naomi is passionate about helping couples overcome challenges to connect in a deeper way. With her background in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, Naomi now uses the leading research-based intervention for couples called the Gottman Method.

"For some couples, it is the loss of passion that brings them to therapy and for others, it's the explosive conflict." Whatever the issues that first bring couples to seek help Naomi believes that understanding, empathy and support are essential to help couples face their problems and try new ways of communicating.
