The holistic programme of 6hrs of coaching across up to 2 months will break dieting behaviour, create a stable pattern of eating with mindful eating practice on a daily basis and check your nutritional balance. You will learn to eat with food freedom, all your favourite foods to create balance and peace with your eating.
Eating psychology and mindful eating tools are an important part of this programme, with activities to understand and change your eating cues, subconscious processes and attitude to yourself. The coaching includes a psychological behaviour analysis to help you understand your eating at an even deeper level.
We look at how mindful eating can work for you, by creating a practical eating framework into your lifestyle.
