You will better understand your eating behaviour and how you can stop dieting but still lose weight - for good.  You also learn nutrition, how to make healthy choices, and plan healthy meals.  The programme is currently limited to 5, people in line with the COVID guidelines.    Advance booking required.

 

Each week you will have activities to complete as homework to discuss in our meetings.  In between meetings there's unlimited text or email access to Lori  - this will keep you focussed and accountable.  The programme also provides handouts and resources.
